Phone consultations
- If service is booked for discussed project, you will be credited $20 of the phone consultation cost. If no service is booked of the discussed projects for the phone consultation, no refunds or credits will be applied.
- Service must be booked within 2 weeks of phone consultation to be credited the $20 towards your service. If service is booked after 2 weeks, NO expenses will be credited to the service.
- Zoom, FaceTime, VideoChat consultation is available.
- Have all your questions ready to go! Please prepare yourself with all the questions you would like to ask us during your phone consultation
- Please email us (info@kriispypartyfavors.com) references or uploads if you need to! Pinterest boards are also highly encouraged! This will ensure we are making the best of our time for discussing your project!

RUSH FEE
Rush fee must be added to your order if your order is less than 2-3 weeks of your due date (which should be a few business days before your event date). 2 Weeks if digital or picked up order - 3 weeks if shipped item.
Rush fee may also need to be applied if availability for your date is booked.
SHIPPING
All policies set forth by the shipping carrier will apply to your shipped order. Kriispy Koordinating/Party Favors is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, acts of nature events, or severe weather delivery delays. All shipping estimates are chosen during logging out.
POST COVID SHIPPING:
Shipping Delivery Carriers are slowing down and delaying many packages. Therefore, allow extra days for delivery schedule. We cannot process any claims or refunds for a package(s) delaying, since it's beyond our control. We recommend upgrading expedited shipping if needed in a rushed guarantee date.
